 Organisers, supporters, sponsors, participants and - most importantly - members of the public have hailed the inaugural We Love Marlborough launch 'a great success'.
Hundreds of people braved the intermittent showers and flocked to Marlborough Town Centre on Saturday, where the town branded itself Market Town of Culture with a host of free family-orientated arts events.

 Babyshambles, the band fronted by Marlborough resident Pete Doherty, have given their backing to We Love Marlborough.
Frontman Pete, bass player Drew McConnell and drummer Adam Ficek have all contributed original, signed works of art to the Get In the Gallery initiative, part of the month-long We Love Marlborough celebrations.
